We have a lot in store for you in 2018 !
We invite you to our first session of the year on Sunday 4th March 2018 at 4pm
The March network promises to be a great informative talk on gut health. The speaker, Dr Warren Grubb is a microbiologist and an Emeritus Professor at Curtin University where he taught and researched.
He has had published over 130 papers in international peer reviewed journals. On retiring he decided that he wanted to be around for his grandchildren and has studied the factors that have been found to contribute to longevity and quality of life and has frequently been invited to share his findings. The microbiology, the microbiota/microbiome, of the gut has been found to be an important contributor to health and longevity, so much so that he refers to it as the “Guts of Living Better Longer”.
We will also have the usual cooking demonstrations and we will get to sit and taste the food afterwards. Look forward to seeing you all.
Time: 4pm – 5:30pm; Venue: Vic Park Hall; Cost: $10 per person. For more info, email Del at: firstname.lastname@example.org
